In order to print an ordered ticket – the credit card with which the order was made or the order number and the ID number entered at the time of the order must be transferred to the designated slot in the machine.

Yes. You can purchase an anonymous and semi-anonymous multi-line card. Anonymous Rav-Ko contains no details and can be purchased at any position on the line for a one-time payment of NIS 5. The card allows unlimited reloads, loading a free daily contract, and purchasing accumulated value only. Reimbursement for the balance of the trip will only be given in the case of a defective card, and not in the case of loss or theft. The semi-anonymous Rav-Ko gives you the discounts you are entitled to by law when traveling on public transport (at the charging station), the photo and full name of the card holder will appear on it, and it can be issued at any of the stations on the line free of charge. Information about the passenger is not saved, information about the trips made on the card are saved together with the card number. Reimbursement for the balance of the trip will only be given in the case of a defective card, and not in the case of loss or theft.
